I graduated from Durham College with a diploma in Medical Office Administration and spent 12 years working in a fast-paced medical office environment. In 2017, I relocated to British Columbia and transitioned into a role as an Operations Manager for a thriving online business in the health industry. This position has allowed me to further develop my expertise, expanding beyond administrative tasks to include graphic design, project management, and website design and maintenance.
I am proficient in a wide range of tools across various categories. For email marketing, I excel with Mailchimp, and for graphic design, I use Canva. I manage social media through Hootsuite and Linktree. In productivity, I'm skilled with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Trello, and Asana. For communication, I use Slack and Zoom, and I handle customer support with Zendesk and Discourse. I also have experience with Vimeo, Acuity, WordPress, and Healthie for scheduling, video hosting, and website management.
I use a project portal that tracks all of my worked hours. Weekly reports are sent to you via email. A notification is also sent if you’re getting close to exhausting your purchased hours.
I communicate with my clients via email, Zoom, Google Meet, text, and phone. The type of communication available will depend on what we have agreed upon.
My current business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST (with flexibility for other time zones).
I understand how important the security and confidentiality of your information is. As your virtual assistant, I take your privacy seriously and have implemented several security measures to protect your data.
